Trained at the at the Staatliche Ballettschule in Berlin, Germany and at the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Chisinau, Moldavia, Michael Fuscaldo danced with various European and American companies.
Very early in his career, he started teaching and choreographing and in 2017, he founded his own choreographic institute, NAC Ballet, based in Chiavari, Italy. Over the years, he has trained dancers who then joined schools and companies such as École Supérieure de Danse Rosella Hightower (Cannes, France), Delattre Dance Company (Mainz, Germany), Otradanza (Alicante, Spain), Ballet de Catalunya (Barcelona, Spain), University Institute of Dance Alicia Alonso (Madrid, Spain), Teatro alla Scala (Milan, Italy), among others.
In 2024, he won the DNandcall of the National Academy of Rome for his production “Corsivo”. He is a guest choreographer and talent scout for the Choreographic Center RIDA – Rome International Dance Academy, directed by Andrea Palombi.
Michael Fuscaldo is also a guest teacher/choreographer with prestigious organizations such as the Brussels International Ballet (Brussels, Belgium) and Co-Leg (Cologne, Germany); he has also directed many dance films which have won numerous international awards. In 2022, he formed his own dance group, OUTdoor, for which he has created numerous works.
Michael Fuscaldo started collaborating with European School of Ballet in 2025.
